Start young and reap the results later

How to age gracefully is one question that a lot of people ask. It’s never too early not too late to start preparing so that you can look Fab as the age pile up.

Many have asked me “HOW OLD OR HOW YOUNG ARE YOU?” They can not guess at all which I am very happy about. I believe that aging slowly is an option. If you do take care of yourself in the correct way, then you aging will slower. Anyone can look younger that their age.

At 23, I was looking older than my age. Then I decided to do something about it. I went on a wellness plan which is now called THE GLAM AND FAB QUEEN PLAN. If you start early, you will be able to take care of your cells of you body. What if you are already middle-age? Nothing is too late. NOW is as good as startly when you were in your 20’s.

 

Be mindful of what you consume

Fatty and oily food ( bad oil like too much Omega 6) can simply mean bad cholesterol that can clog up your heart. It’s one of the most common diseases now even to younger people. it’s best to prevent it by eating healthy. Remember that everything you eat has a repercussion on your body. Bad cholesterol and fat can also build up over time. So stick to leafy, dark green veggies that are high in Potassium and other minerals. Omega 3 fatty acids from deep sea fish is good to help to avoid depression, improve joint health and brain health.

 

Soak up some sun but always put on sunscreen

Vitamin D from the sun helps maintain a healthy immune system, regulates cell growth, promotes calcium absorption and protects against certain types of cancer, diabetes and bone diseases. According to the US National Institute on Aging, spending 20 minutes out in the sun helps people’s bodies make enough vitamin D. We don’t mean to be out there at 12 nn when the sun’s rays are too hot.

Of course, don’t forget to put on sunscreen so you also don’t risk getting skin cancer, especially if you’ll be exposed to the sun’s rays for a long period of time. Early morning sun is the best.

 

Avoid or limit your vices. Better stop the vices early.

Cutting down on alcohol intake, as well as stopping your habit of smoking will contribute to an overall healthy body that will last you until old age. This also has a number of other benefits such as the prevention of liver or lung cancer. We all know that toxins from cigarettes is like burning your cells.

 

Move it, move it

Did you know that the brain neurotransmitter called serotonin regulates mood, appetite, sleep, and blood pressure? We can produce serotonin regularly however it often decreases with age, according to the scientists at Penn State University. This can lead to depression, anxiety, and hardening of the arteries. Luckily, exercising is an excellent way to boost serotonin levels. So make it a habit while you’re young and carry it into old age. Exercise is good for your serotonin level, your joints and muscle mass.

 

Never stop learning

Your brains needs a workout too. In a study published in Neuroepidemiology that analyzed results from the memory tests of older Europeans, researchers found that education can combat cognitive decline and dementia. So never stop learning. Read a book or you can also watch YouTube for video tutorials on a new hobby or skill you may want to learn.

 

Be happy

Surround yourself with positive, happy, people. People who build you up, inspire you and those who do not stop to learn new things. People who wants to grow and who have dreams to achieve. Those who love adventure and travel.

 

Take supplements as early as you can
